making appropriations to the Department of Education for support of            
kindergarten, primary, and secondary education and community                   
schools programs and for school construction debt retirement; and

Senator Donley moved that SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE                           
BILL NO. 45(FIN) be returned to second reading for the purpose of              
a specific amendment, that being Amendment No. 11.  Senators                   
Pearce and Taylor objected.
